A build is one full step execution — foundation setup, a feature implementation, backend provisioning, etc. Rebuilds after failures count as the same build (we don't penalize retries).
Credits are tied to real AI token usage. A typical complete app costs ~48 credits. Individual modifications cost less since backend setup is already done.
